manager rating (based on how well you're doing in the game): loser -> newbie -> beginner -> small-time -> rising star -> experienced -> advanced -> high-flyer -> legend -> pr guru

'special ratings' - if you have a 'special ranking' it takes the place of your 'normal' one... can only be changed (or removed) by an admin. don't ask an admin for a special rating as they will probably give you something as lame as 'fabbo'
