the 'report post' button is unlocked at 10 starpoints (the yellow star). use it for spam, abuse, bumping, swear filter dodging, posts in the wrong forum and anything else that breaks the 10 forum commandments.

you can also use it to nominate people being very helpful or sticking up for n00bs.
