1. Open the office
Redeem an invitation, verify the email address, choose a unique manager name, then form a band. New managers start with £50,000. A band costs £30,000 to form; solo vocalist, ambient and concert pianist styles need only one member.

2. Recruit for the exact style
A complete headcount is not enough: the roster must collectively know every primary skill required by its exact style. Hire musicians from Your Band and watch minimum daily wages.

3. Make the first single
Write for 1–5 days, name the finished song, record it for one day, then release it. Longer writing generally improves quality. Sales and chart placement begin at the next daily update.

4. Return before the update
The update runs daily at 03:15 GMT. Queued multi-day work advances one day at a time and remains safe between updates.
