Bands
Normal-mode managers may run up to ten bands, form one per GMT day and own no more than two of one exact style. Use the manager office to switch the active band. Every musician across your bands adds 0.5% to your manager score, up to 5% at ten musicians.

Musicians
Every musician has six fixed characteristics, mutable morale and tiredness, a minimum wage and up to four skills. A skill can only be learned from a related skill.

Practice
Choose a named session and run it for 1–5 days. Each completed day adds 20 to the skill, up to 100. Practice can be interrupted after a completed day; other actions cannot.
